Plasticiteten av Internationella start-ups
Jag har alltid varit intresserad av små företag och om hur och varför de internationaliseras, särskilt digitalt (digi-preneurs). Entreprenöriellt ledarskap blir då centralt och hur teams, well-being och boundary spanning förvekligas i transnationella småföretag. Jag forskar också inom entreprenöriell ”sourcing”, digitalt och immigrantentreprenörskap till exempel i ett projekt med ukrainska flyktingar. Forskningsområdet finns inom Management, mellan Entreprenörskap och Internationella affärer. Jag är aktiv i Kunskapsmiljön Digitala Transformationer där jag arbetar tillsammans med kollegor från Informationsvetenskap.
Jag ser forskningen i tre delar;
Entreprenöriell internationalisering (International Opportunity Alertness, E/M business networks, founding teams – virtual teams, Portfolio Entrepreneurs, Business model ambidexterity/synchronization/lean internationalization, change management).
Internationell entreprenörskap (Transnational Entrepreneurship, Diaspora Entrepreneurs, Returnee entrepreneurs, Emerging market entrepreneurship and sustainable internationalization, Imprint theory, talent management).
Internationella nya företag (event driven – outcome driven, domestic driven – customer driven, import/supplier orientation, Born Global Superstars – hidden champions, signal theory, Cultural capital, local networks).
