Jag forskar inom socialpsykologi och arbets- och organisationspsykologi. Mina intresseområden inkluderar bland annat:
- diskriminering i arbetslivet
- psykologiska förklaringar till könsskillnader i yrkesval
- beslutsfattande i samband med rekrytering av personal.
