Teaching practice placements abroad is an integral and vital part of our internationalization efforts at Linnaeus University, and as a mentor for one of our students you can play an important role in our strategic work to offer relevant and qualitative placements abroad.

This website gives you a great deal of important and interesting information concerning our students' time abroad and the aims and objectives of their school-based practice in foreign schools. We think that it is important to stress that aims and objectives of a teaching practice in Sweden and abroad can and should be the same. The whole idea, however, with a practice period abroad is for students to realize that there are different ways of achieving the same goals.
