Project: Experimental cultural heritage and entrepreneurship

The research project “Experimental cultural heritage and entrepreneurship” studies and analyses the role and development of cultural entrepreneurship in the meeting between science and art on the island of Öland.

Experimental cultural heritage and entrepreneurship is a project funded by the Kamprad Family Foundation: experimentelltkulturarv.se/kulturarv-och-entreprenorskap

Hans Lundberg and Bodil Petersson studies and analyses the role and development of cultural entrepreneurship in the meeting between science and art on the island of Öland together with their project group consisting of artists and some other researchers.

In addition, Hans Lundberg and Bodil Petersson will work with Katarina Ellborg and students from Linnaeus University on new approaches to cultural heritage and art within the frame of the course Cultural heritage and entrepreneurship.

Hans Lundberg looks specifically at method development questions in these intersections; for instance, comparisons between entrepreneurship as a method and the sketch as a method. The results will be published in a larger book (Nordic Academic Press) and research articles in, preferably, cultural heritage articles.
