Agreement

Below you will find all our framework agreements we have at the university. For example, you can find where and how to order coffee and food, if you need to buy literature/books or book a bus.

Call-offs from framework agreements can be made in different ways and are always stated in the terms and conditions of the agreement. Examples of the call-off orders are:

One supplier: only one supplier is available for call-off

Ranked framework agreement: call-offs should primarily be made from the supplier that is ranked as no. 1, only when this supplier cannot deliver is one moved on to supplier no. 2, etc.

Re-tendering: all framework agreement suppliers in the area must be asked to submit a tender, then an evaluation is made and the supplier is selected according to predetermined criteria for the purchase in question (e.g. price or quality).

Special allocation key: call-offs must be made from the supplier who can best provide the need based on specified parameters in the framework agreement (e.g. ergonomics, price or delivery time). Selected parameters must be documented at the time of purchase.
